Shipping costs are non-refundable. We accept returns for refund or exchange only on defective or incorrect items. Please contact us at psillygoofymood@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any requests after the 7 day limit will not be approved. Product must be unworn and unwashed.

PSILLY strives to uphold the highest quality and stands by that quality. Occasionally manufacturing defects can slip through the process and make it into your hands even with our strict quality control. If this has happened, we want to know about it. We do our best to remedy the situation by repairing or replacing the item if deemed a manufacturing defect.
